    Inspection: We’ll thoroughly look over your new furniture, plus clean and correct any minor defects.

    Delivery: Delivery to the room of your choice. Our delivery team provides real-time arrival estimates. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required.

    Demonstration: We’ll show you all the fun features of your new furniture and teach you how to use it!

    Assembly: We’ll professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and put it exactly where you want it.

    Cleanup: We’ll remove all packaging materials and put them back on the truck for recycling & disposal.

    ELEVATOR ACCESS

    To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, we kindly request that customers living in apartments or multi-story buildings, where the use of an elevator is required, arrange elevator access in advance.

    Please note that the scheduling of the elevator is solely the customer's responsibility. This means that if our delivery team arrives and cannot access the elevator due to it not being scheduled, we may not be able to complete the delivery as planned. The delivery team will not carry large items up stairways for safety reasons.

    In the event of unscheduled elevator access, the delivery may need to be rescheduled, leading to a delay in receiving your furniture. Additionally, please be aware that failing to schedule the elevator may result in additional delivery charges. These charges would be necessary to cover the costs of rescheduling the delivery and the extra time and resources involved.

    Our goal is to make your furniture delivery as seamless and efficient as possible. With your help in scheduling elevator access, we can ensure that your delivery is carried out smoothly and on time. 

    ** In case of refusing or returning the shipment, the buyer will be charged a 30%
    restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the
    consignee.

    We offer 2-8 days delivery in the Virginia, Maryland, DC area for the products that display “FAST DELIVERY". Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in delivery capacity and shipping volumes, may delay the delivery of your order.

    Items with the “FAST DELIVERY" label are ready for delivery. Items that do not have this label will be back-ordered from the vendor after your order is received. The delivery date may vary depending on the availability of the products from vendor companies, destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes, and force majeure.

    Please note that changes in inventory or delivery capacity, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may delay the delivery of your order.

    Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:

    Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed.
    Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and 
    keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.

    Win Win Furniture reserves the right to cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost-related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice.

    We inspect and ship all merchandise in factory manufactured condition unless
    stated or requested otherwise. Likewise, we make every effort by meticulous palletizing and/or thorough packaging to prevent partial loss or damage of merchandise. In case of loss or damage of shipments end route, after the
    shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim
    against the freight company. In certain cases, Win Win Furniture, at its whole discretion, may choose to arrange a repair service when/where possible and/or
    applicable. Monetary compensation of any amount will never be an option if
    insurance or freight liability or repair is a possible remedy of any level or kind. By law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed and/or fulfilled in the state of VA where our HQ is located.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@winwinfurn.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
